• The City reported the roof entered use on 15 January 2026.
• It has 332 PVT panels and 556 square metres of planting.
• Generated heat is supplied to a WKO system for seasonal storage.
• The green roof adds 4.65 cubic metres of rain-buffer capacity.
• The City states a target of 119 MWh per year and an estimated benefit of about sixty tonnes of carbon dioxide per year.
